Coaches

Aaron Robison, Program Director
CityTrack is proud to welcome Aaron Robison as the new Program Director, he comes to this role having coached and taught at every level from elementary to professional athletes. Aaron holds a master’s degree in Business and Science from Rutgers University in Exercise Science and Sport Management along with Business Marketing. He comes to CityTrack with an extensive background in track & field as the son of the current BYU Track & Field coach, Mark Robison and grandson of legendary BYU Track & Field coach, Clarence Robison. Additionally, Aaron competed for BYU from 2005-2009 as a mid-distance athlete and was the head track & field and cross country coach at Westlake High School in Saratoga Springs, Utah from 2009-2014, leading the boys cross country team to a #24 ranking in 2013. He has a passion for the sport of track & field and enjoys introducing youth to the sport.   

Lesleigh Hogg, Head Coach
Lesleigh has been coaching at the collegiate level for more than twenty years, and is currently the head coach at Lehman College. He has coached a number of All-Americans and national champions on both the NJCAA and NCAA levels.

Alvin Mimms, Coach
After running relays in 49 states, 17 African countries and Brazil, Alvin has brought his running expertise to the Citytrack Program as a coach and chaperone since the program’s inaugural year.

Dave Crenshaw, Coach
Part of Dave's numerous volunteer initiatives includes having coached track and field programs at The Armory for over 20 years. In 2014, Dave founded the Team Dreamers basketball program at the Audubon School in Washington Heights.

Pete Charles, Coach
Pete headed the cross country and track and field programs at Lehman College for two years before joining the coaching staff at Monroe College last fall, where he currently assists with the men's and women's sprint teams. 

Justin Gaymon, Coach
Justin competes on the professional track and field circuit, having ran in three USA Track & Field Championship finals and two USA Olympic Trials finals in the 400m hurdles. In addition to coaching with CityTrack, Justin works at The Armory as the Director of Digital Media. 

Lex Mercado, Coach
Lex hails from Philadelphia and was an NCAA qualifier in cross country at Muhlenberg College. He is also a member of The Armory track and field meet management and timing staff. 

Odrine Belot, Coach
Odrine graduated from the University of Connecticut this past spring as a three-time All American in the jumps. She has worked as a coach with the City Parks Foundation's track and field program in the Bronx and Manhattan.

Anna Widdowson, Coach
Anna has worked for CityTrack for two years as a graphic designer and administrator and is looking forward to coaching for the first time this season. She has spent most of her life competing in long distance races and currently enjoys running the marathon and half-marathon distances.
